Kramer, Stutz help North rally to victory in MTC Tri-County All-Star Football Game

The 15th annual MTC Tri-County All-Star Football Game was played Saturday night at Manheim Central’s Elden Rettew field, as the North squad squared off against the South.

The teams didn’t let the weather, which was more suited for the pool next door, affect their play. In the end, it was the North team, coached by Lancaster Catholic’s Bruce Harbach, scoring a come-from-behind victory, 34-31.

“It doesn’t matter what you’re playing for, you always want to win,” Harbach said.

On the third play of the game, Elco quarterback Jeff Martin threw a 47-yard touchdown pass to Manheim Central’s Damon Camacho, but the play was called back due to an illegal receiver down field. The North ended up giving possession back to the South.
